Booking ahead is better. But if your day shifts and you find yourself near Cotswold with 90 minutes free, walk in. If we have capacity, you're in. If we don't, we'll put you on the waitlist and text you when a seat opens — usually within an hour during the week.

When walk-ins are easiest

Weekdays before 11am and after 6pm tend to have walk-in capacity. Weekends are tighter — book ahead if you can.

We don't run a separate walk-in lounge. If the waitlist is more than 60 minutes, we'll suggest a callback rather than holding you here.
