Cold Plunge near Cotswold Village Shops in Cotswold, Charlotte

Cold plunge in Cotswold. Three temperatures, individual basins, never a shared tub.

Three individual cold plunges at three temperatures, a short walk south of Cotswold Village Shops — the only cold plunge in Cotswold that's not a shared single tub.

From Cotswold: about 0 minutes to our Cotswold storefront at 274 S Sharon Amity Rd Unit 1.

Sauna Culture is the cold plunge in Cotswold. Three individual plunges at three temperatures, included with every visit — never a shared tub, never an upsell. We're a few minutes south of Cotswold Village Shops, walkable from most of the village area.

If you've been doing cold-tub work at a chain studio or the gym, the difference here is the choice of dose: 55°F to start, 50°F for daily practice, 45°F for trained tolerance. Pick the one that fits the day.

Getting here from Cotswold

From Cotswold Village Shops at Sharon Amity and Randolph: head a few minutes south on Sharon Amity Road to 274, Unit 1. We're on the right with free parking in front. Walkable from most of Cotswold — about ten minutes on foot from the village center.

Why we don't run one shared tub

Most studios with a cold plunge run a single big tub everybody shares. Same temperature for the gentle first-timer and the daily plunger. Same water everyone climbed into all day.

We didn't want that. Three individual basins at three temperatures means you dose the cold to your day and you're not sharing water with strangers. The 55°F beginner basin is also why first-timers actually stay in long enough to feel the effect — and why our retention from trial to membership is what it is.

A Cotswold cold-plunge routine

The pattern most Cotswold cold-plunge regulars settle into: early morning sauna round to open up the cardiovascular system, then a step-down through the three plunges — start at 55°F, finish at 45°F if the day calls for it. Walk back through Cotswold Village Shops for coffee. The whole loop takes less than two hours and the rest of the day feels different for it.

Pure cold-plunge regulars (skipping the sauna) come in for 15-minute focused sessions, usually morning. Two minutes in the cold, two minutes out, repeat for three rounds. Drive home, day starts.
