Charlotte has a lot of athletes — recreational lifters, marathon training groups, intramural league veterans, a steady stream of people coming back from a layoff. Recovery for them isn't optional; it's the difference between consistent training and a chronic injury.
Sauna and cold plunge are the simplest tool we have for nervous-system recovery and inflammation management. Two sessions a week, done.



Why this works for athletes
Heat: raises growth hormone, increases blood flow to muscles, improves cardiovascular adaptation. Cold: reduces inflammation, drops central nervous-system fatigue, accelerates subjective recovery.
